Job Title: Sales Representative (Annuity)
Report to: Centralized Full-Service Supervisor

Position Summary:

Ideal candidate will work directly with individual annuity and insurance clients to service and sell appropriate investment strategies and products, based on client suitability. Explain and sell Fixed annuities, Variable annuities and other insurance products along with general knowledge of a broad range of investment products to both new and existing clients. General servicing includes, servicing a large book of existing insurance products, maintaining existing annuity accounts, opening new accounts, initiating and confirming client orders, researching various news stories, etc. Manage client relationships; utilize other departments, their services and products.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a continually growing client base.
- Identifies client needs and coordinates efforts to service clients.
- Works within company compliance guidelines
- Continues to refine and develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Securities 6 & 63 and Insurance licenses required
- 3-5 years of Fixed and Variable annuity sales and/or marketing experience
- Strong product knowledge
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Self-Motivator
