Job Summary:
Lead a customer-focused team to passionately deliver a one-of-a-kind Pinkberry experience while achieving sales and profit growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
• Role model and coach Pinkberry vision, mission and values consistently.
• Responsible for effectively and efficiently staffing store with Pinkberry profile team members.
• Deliver high quality orientation and training for all new team members.
• Lead and coach Pinkberry customer service model. Identify and respond to execution gaps in delivering exceptional customer experience; develop and execute plans to elevate both team member and store performance.
• Grow top line sales by identifying and driving operational improvements as well as developing and executing local store marketing plans.
• Deliver on or above target goals for food and labor cost while aligned with Pinkberry’s customer service standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures and safety and security guidelines.
• Maintain store appearance and atmosphere in “like-new” condition.
• Motivate store team through effective performance management, timely performance feedback and written reviews, clear goal setting and taking corrective action when appropriate.
• Responsible for leading and coaching store team to create emotional connection and customer delight with every interaction.
• Responsible for identifying and developing internal candidates for future leadership opportunities.
• Lead community connection and outreach within local trade area
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of retail or restaurant experience.
• Strong team motivator.
• Capable of identifying and developing high quality team members.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of controlling costs.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve goals.
• Possess an understanding of the tactics required to drive top line sales.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work varied shifts & days of the week.
• Has a “drive for results” attitude.
