Description:
Pretty straight forward: We're looking for an ambitious Senior Technical Recruiter to add to our team. As a group, we work hard and like to have people on the team that "just get it done". So if that describes you - let's start talking.
Rate: 55 per hr. +/- DOE*
Responsibilities:
* Work on site at our clients office as a Contracted Corporate Recruiter.
* Source technical candidates that meet the clients requirements.
* Pre-screen them and make sure that they meet the clients requirements.
* Present the candidates to the hiring managers with enough information to help them make a decision.
* Assist in scheduling phone and in-person interviews.
* Follow through with getting feedback, making offers, getting on-boarding started with HR.
* Creating professional closure with declined candidates.
Qualifications:
* Have a track record as a Sr. Technical recruiter with ability to source, screen, interview and present candidates for positions related to:
o SAP Implementations
o Oracle Consultants
o PeopleSoft Consultants
* Have expertise in working with foreign national candidates.
* Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years as a Technical Recruiter)
* Great references
Local candidates or candidates that are willing to handle their own relocation. Must be authorized to work in the USA with citizenship or a Green Card. Sorry, no h1b's or corp-to-corp for this one. And you must be willing to work ON SITE.
*This position is a 1099 contract position or possibly full-time hire. Contract or Contract to hire or full time hire opportunity. Rate given is for contract. Rate for full time hire would be different.

I've been a recruiter for this group and company for nearly 3 years and I would not trade my job for any other (and no - my boss does not read my ads so he doesn't know that I said that.)
